SMS Communications

What SMS data we collect: When you provide your mobile phone number during service work, scheduling, or installation appointments, we collect your phone number for the purpose of sending service-related SMS messages.

How we use it: We use your phone number solely to send transactional service communications including annual maintenance reminders, appointment confirmations, service completion notifications, and estimate-related messages. We do not use SMS for marketing, promotional, or third-party content.

Who we share with: We share your phone number only with Twilio Inc., our SMS delivery provider, for the technical purpose of message delivery. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your phone number or SMS interactions to any third party for marketing purposes.

Message frequency and rates: Up to 10 messages per customer per year. Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s plan.

Your rights: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS communications. To opt back in, reply START. You may also request deletion of your phone number from our records by contacting us at connerplumbingsc@icloud.com.
