I had Conner Plumbing install a gas tankless water heater. I asked for plumber recommendations on FB and a couple of friends recommended Matt. One even called me to tell me about her experiences with him. Both of these folks are realtors so they have had multiple experiences over the years.
I called Matt for another problem and he was prompt and provided a fair price. He gave me a good price on the water heater and was very knowledgeable about the product. I had researched the product and he answered all of my questions.
Matt contacted me to let me know the status of project. He let me know who was coming, when he was in route and when to expect him to arrive. Garrett was knowledgeable and helpful. He also explained the product. These folks were polite and friendly. I was happy with the work that they did. I would recommend them

There was a defect in the installation of the stove from the previous owners. It was fixed quickly and a shut off valve installed which was also omitted from installation.

Repaired an upstairs leaking toilet due to a bad wax seal. The leak was damaging my downstairs ceiling. Scott used a shop vacuum to clear water out of the toilet to eliminate further water damage, before he replaced the wax seal. He was competent and professional. He let me know the cost of the repair before he started.
