What to watch for

Signs it’s time to call.

A faucet that drips
A slow drip wastes more water than people think โ€” and usually means a worn cartridge or seat.
Wet spot under the sink
Even a small one means something is leaking. Better to address it now than after the cabinet rots.
Low pressure at one fixture
Aerator clogged, cartridge failing, or a partial blockage in the supply line.
Corrosion at a fitting
Green or white build-up on a connection means it’s working its way to a real leak.
Banging or hammering pipes
Water hammer. Annoying, and over time it can damage joints. Fixable.
A fixture you just don’t love
Sometimes the right answer is a new faucet. We install what you pick.
How we approach it

Tighten what we can. Replace what we should.

On older homes especially, a small repair on a worn-out fitting often just buys you a few months. We’ll tell you when a real fix means a replacement instead โ€” and when a tightening or a new washer will genuinely hold.

If you’ve already picked a faucet or fixture, we’ll install it. If you want help choosing, we’ll point you toward something that fits your house and isn’t going to give you trouble in two years.

What we’ll do
  • โœ“Find the leak โ€” sometimes the source isn’t where the water shows up
  • โœ“Check the surrounding plumbing while we’re in there
  • โœ“Repair or replace based on what’ll actually hold
  • โœ“Install fixtures you’ve picked, or help you choose
  • โœ“Give you a flat-rate written quote before any work
  • โœ“Clean up โ€” sink cabinet looks like we were never there
What it costs

A flat-rate written quote, in person.

Faucet and fixture pricing depends on what’s failing, what’s getting replaced, and what shape the surrounding plumbing is in. We come out, see the work, and give you a flat-rate written quote before we touch a wrench. Our service fee is fair and transparent, and we credit it back when you hire us for the work.
