Already had a slab leak detected?
We can fix it.
We don’t carry leak detection equipment. If a leak detection company has already pinpointed where the slab leak is, we’re who you call to do the repair work โ busting concrete, accessing the pipe, replacing the section, and patching back up. And when older lines are at the end of their life, we walk you through repipe options so you’re not back here again next year.

Signs you might have a slab leak.
If any of these sound familiar, the next step is leak detection. After that โ call us.
Repair what we can. Repipe when it’s smarter.
Once detection has located the leak, the question becomes: do you patch it, or do you fix the underlying problem? On a newer home with one isolated failure, a spot repair or a single-line reroute is often the right call.
On older homes with original copper or galvanized lines, one slab leak is often a sign more are coming. In those cases we’ll walk you through repipe options โ rerouting the lines through the attic or walls โ so you get a long-term fix instead of a string of repeat repairs. We’ll lay out the choices in plain English and recommend what makes sense for your house and your budget.
- โReview the detection report with you
- โLook at the age and condition of your existing lines
- โWalk you through repair vs. repipe in plain English
- โGive you a flat-rate written quote before any work
- โDo the repair carefully โ and clean up after
- โStand behind the work if anything doesn’t hold
A flat-rate written quote, in person.
Every slab leak is different. A spot repair, a single-line reroute, and a full repipe are three very different jobs โ and the price you hear should be the price you pay. We come out, take the time to see what’s actually going on, and give you a flat-rate written quote before any work starts. Our service fee is fair and transparent, and we credit it back when you hire us for the work.
